We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out.

Returns:

  • Returns on Personalised and Non-Personalised Products Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, we cannot accept Returns on ‘Personalised’ items, as these cannot be sold to anyone else. Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input and personalisation details.

Example: our doormats are painted to order, therefore all our products would classify under a personalised product. We do not have an on hand supply of doormats, All orders are painted after you place an order.

Change of Mind:

  • Change of Mind on Personalised Products and Non-Personalised Products We do not refund in the instance of changed minds so please pick out a doormat design you absolutely LOVE.

Defective Items:

If you return an item, whether personalised or not, because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: minor variations in the fibre colour are normal and not classified as a defective item.
