Returns:

• Returns on Personalised and Non-Personalised Products Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, we cannot accept Returns on ‘Personalised’ items, as these cannot be sold to anyone else. Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input and personalisation details.

Example: our doormats are painted to order, therefore all our products would classify under a personalised product. We do not have an on hand supply of doormats, All orders are painted after you place an order.

Change of Mind:

• Change of Mind on Personalised Products and Non-Personalised Products We do not refund in the instance of changed minds so please pick out a doormat design you absolutely LOVE.

Defective Items:

If you return an item, whether personalised or not, because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: minor variations in the fibre colour are normal and not classified as a defective item.

What is your turnaround time?

Our doormats are hand painted/printed to order, your doormat will be dispatched between 5-10 days approx. Peak periods will differ.

Can I collect: (Collection base: Bardia, NSW)

Upon checkout please choose local pick-up if you choose this option an email will be sent out to you once your order is ready to be picked up.

Where is my order?

Check your emails from us to see if your item has been dispatched, within your dispatched email a link will be provided to "Track Your Item".

Please note all our delivery times also includes a production time so we can create your custom doormat. If your item has still not arrived, we would recommend speaking to a neighbour or visiting your local sorting office to check if it is waiting for you there.

If you still haven’t had any luck, please email our team on info@thedoormatsoicety.net.au with your order reference in the subject line and we would be happy to investigate further for you.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you contact us as soon as possible we can certainly try to amend your delivery details providing your order isn’t too far along in the process of being made and dispatched. Please email our team on Info@thedoormatsociety.net.au.

How do I look after my doormat?

Be sure to keep your beautiful, hand-painted doormat in a sheltered location out of direct sun, rain, snow or any thing else crazy! We recommend a covered porch or balcony! Our doormats even look great indoors! 

• Vacuum or brush to clean your doormat. Do not shake to clean.
• Keep your doormat away from sun/rain to get the most out of your mat.
• Minor variations in the fibre colour are normal and blend over time.
• Be nice to your mat. It is hand painted and sealed but will eventually show signs of wear, especially if you have lots of cool friends that come to visit!
